Kerrie DiMattia, AKA Boss Lady, has over 40 years of experience in the industry and many accolades to her name. For some, her biggest accomplishment might be becoming a finalist for the AHIA 2023 NSW Hairdresser of the Year. But if you ask her, she would say her greatest achievement is building a salon from the ground up that has not only been successful for over 20 years, DiMattia&co also won the 2022 AHIA NSW state salon of the year award.
Despite many ups and downs, twists and turns, Kerrie has always focused on keeping DiMattia & Co. a place where you can not only leave with beautiful hair but also feel like part of the family.
Kerrie has built a successful business, brand, and culture, so much so that she is now a highly requested business coach, working with the incredible team at Total Coaching Academy, specializing in brand culture.
With a team of over 14, including her 2 daughters. Some of the team whom have been with the salon for over 15 years. Kerrie continuously aims to create an environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated.

From bringing energy and good vibes to the salon every day to somehow making perms have a modern comeback, she truly does it all.
Her skills in the industry are a force to be reckoned with, but it's her genuine interest and care for each of her clients that make your salon experience one you'll keep coming back for.
Lauren
Master stylist/Manager/Educator
Meet Lauren, The boss's daughter #1.
Specialising in curly hair and all things weddings.
If you enjoy talking about your dogs or books then Lauren is your girl.
When taking on her role as educator in salon Lauren not only watches our youngstars grow but gain confidence in their roles in our YOUR SPACE SALON. As most people know DIMATTIA &CO is a family owned business and as it happens that Lauren and her husband Lewis are growing their own little family come March. Lauren is currently on maternity leave.

Master Stylist/ Brand Manager/ Head spa
Meet Izzy, the boss’s daughter #2.
Izzy’s role as Brand Manager allows her to be creative in more ways than just hair, it becomes part of her daily routine within the salon, involving both our clients and the team.
Specialising in colour has always been a high point in Izzy's career, from blondes to brunettes and everything in-between she loves it all.
