With over 40 years in the hair industry and an incredible list of achievements, Kerrie DiMattia is the heart behind DiMattia & Co. While being named a finalist for AHIA 2023 NSW Hairdresser of the Year and leading the salon to win AHIA 2022 NSW Salon of the Year are standout career highlights, Kerrie will tell you her proudest achievement is building a salon from the ground up that has continued to thrive for more than two decades.

Through every challenge, change and season of growth, Kerrie’s focus has always remained the same — creating a space where clients leave with beautiful hair and genuinely feel part of the DiMattia & Co family.

Alongside leading a team of more than 14, including her two daughters and a valued team member who has been with the salon for over 15 years, Kerrie has built a strong, values-driven culture that is recognised well beyond the salon. She is also a highly sought-after business coach with Total Coaching Academy, specialising in brand and culture.

Kerrie is deeply passionate about building people, not just businesses, and continues to create an environment where every team member feels supported, valued and inspired to grow.

Lauren is highly experienced in curly hair and bridal styling, and is a trusted part of the DiMattia & Co team. If you enjoy chatting about dogs or a good book during your appointment, you’ll feel right at home with Lauren.

While Lauren is now less hands-on on the salon floor, she plays a key role behind the scenes, supporting the day-to-day operations of the salon and helping lead the team. As one of our in-salon educators, she is passionate about mentoring our emerging stylists and building confidence, skill and consistency across Your Space Salon.

Izzy brings creativity to more than just the chair. From campaigns and content to day-to-day moments in the salon, her role blends marketing, creativity and real connection with both our clients and our team.

Colour has always been her passion — blondes, brunettes and everything in between. She truly is in her element.

As a Master Stylist, Luci truly excels in every part of her role, bringing an incredible level of skill, consistency and care to every client who sits in her chair.

A valued member of the DiMattia & Co team for over 14 years, Luci has played a huge part in the growth of our salon and the culture we’re so proud of today.

Known for her love of all things pink and sparkly, Luci believes every client deserves their own version of perfection — and she goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling exactly that.

With a real thirst for knowledge and a passion for perfection, Ava is always eager to grow and refine her skills in the world of hairdressing. She brings fresh enthusiasm and creativity to the salon floor every day and is already making a beautiful impact within our team.

Ava truly excels in every aspect of her role and is definitely one to watch. She loves colour, she loves cutting — she genuinely loves it all. Most of all, she is incredibly caring with her clients, always taking the time to listen, connect and make sure everyone feels comfortable and looked after in her chair.
