SALON POLICIES

At DIMATTIA & CO we pride ourselves on quality work, quality products and a highly trained team.

We provide thorough consultations prior to your service and we endeavour to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied.

However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result we will redo your hair at no extra charge. This is strictly within 7 days of your visit. 
This does not apply to change of mind as this will be charged.

Our pricing structure reflects the education level and experience of our staff & Haircuts based on blocks of time.

RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
At the end of every visit, we recommend re-booking your next appointment. This will ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and stylist each and every time.

All new clients & clients having services 2 hours or over in length are required to pay a $100 security deposit via credit card to secure their appointment.

When booking online, all clients are required to pay a % of their service deposit via credit card.

Deposits are the way to secure your appointment, the funds sit on your account and can either be used on the day & will appear as a deduction from your bill at the end of your appointment, OR may be left on your account for future appointments.

50% Deposits will be requested of existing clients if they have missed an appointment without providing the required notice period for cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY

• By booking at DIMATTIA & CO you are agreeing to. our Cancellation policy & any cancellation charges that apply.

• To cancel or reschedule your appointment call or DM the salon a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booking time.

• If you do need to reschedule or cancel an appointment we understand, but please call or DM the salon a minimum of a 24 hours prior to your booking this is to ensure we are able to offer this time slot to someone else with fair notice. Failure to do so may result in our inability to fill the spot & a cancellation/no show fee of 50% of the booking being charged.

• No future bookings can be made until this amount is paid

ARRIVAL TIME

• Please arrive on time to ensure we are able to perform the full service you have booked for.

• We do everything in our power to run on time at all times, however on the rare occasion, we do run late. We will do our utmost to keep you informed at all times.​​

• Although every attempt is taken, we accept no responsibility for damages incurred to garments during services within the salon.

• All prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of GST.
