SALON POLICIES

At DIMATTIA & CO we pride ourselves on quality work, quality products and a highly trained team.

We provide thorough consultations prior to your service and we endeavour to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied.

However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result we will redo your hair at no extra charge. This is strictly within 7 days of your visit. 
This does not apply to change of mind as this will be charged.

Our pricing structure reflects the education level and experience of our staff & Haircuts based on blocks of time.

RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
At the end of every visit, we recommend re-booking your next appointment. This will ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and stylist each and every time.

• All services 2 hours or over in length are required to pay a deposit to secure their appointment, deposit amount is relative to the time & service.

• Deposits sit on your account and can either be used on the day & will appear as a deduction from your bill at the end of your appointment, OR may be left on your account for future appointments.

• 50% Deposits will be requested of existing clients if they have missed an appointment without providing the required notice period for cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking at DIMATTIA & CO you are agreeing to our Cancellation policy & any cancellation charges that apply.

We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand ours is too. Appointment times are limited.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice for services over 4 hours in length may incur a 50% fee

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 100% fee

• Non-attendance with no notice will be charged 100% of the service  fee

• No further bookings can be made until any outstanding fee's are paid.

ARRIVAL TIME

• Please arrive on time to ensure we are able to perform the full service you have booked for.

• We do everything in our power to run on time at all times, however on the rare occasion, we do run late. We will do our best to keep you informed at all times.​​

• Although every attempt is taken, we accept no responsibility for damages incurred to garments during services within the salon.

• All prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of GST.
